Roha Housing Finance team have ground team members spread across multiple States who are primarily focused on new customer acquisition. The ground team used to fill a physical form/loan application with details of the new customer who wanted to apply for the loan. Once the application was filled, it was sent by courier to the home branch where loan eligibility evaluation and processing used to take place. In this whole process, one of the challenging aspects was the overall time taken for the loan processing as information used to be available to the home branch in 2-3 days and it was impacting the overall customer experience.
TraQSuite digitized this whole process of new customer acquisition so that collected data is digitized at source only and real-time information is available to the home branch for faster processing and better customer experience.
LORD FINCAP’s Cash/EMI Collection ground team used to report to the central office every morning for the allocation of collection tasks for different customers. The manual allocation, reporting and additional travel time were causing a loss of productive hours making the whole ground team inefficient. Due to this, they were unable to meet the collection targets on time.
TraQSuite digitized this whole process of cash/EMI collection with automatic task allocation based on the ground team’s current location and real-time reports availability to the backend team so that collections can be planned efficiently. In addition to this customers are also notified through SMS so that the collection process is smooth.
