Roha Housing Finance

Roha Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd., a vertical of JJT Group got license from National Housing Bank in Dec 2017 to start its commercial operations. The company’s only motto – “Growth Begins at Home” primarily focusses on first time home buyers. Roha Housing Finance is head quartered in Mumbai and started its operations from NCR Mumbai, and MP and currently expanding its foot print to other States.
Challenges

Roha Housing Finance team have ground team members spread across multiple States who are primarily focused on new customer acquisition. The ground team used to fill a physical form/loan application with details of the new customer who wanted to apply for the loan. Once the application was filled, it was sent by courier to the home branch where loan eligibility evaluation and processing used to take place. In this whole process, one of the challenging aspects was the overall time taken for the loan processing as information used to be available to the home branch in 2-3 days and it was impacting the overall customer experience.

LORD FINCAP LIMITED is a Non-Banking Financial company based out of New Delhi and has been in the business of financing since 1995. It offers Project Funding, SME Lending, Motor Finance, Personal Loans and Professional Loan Services.
Challenges

LORD FINCAP’s Cash/EMI Collection ground team used to report to the central office every morning for the allocation of collection tasks for different customers. The manual allocation, reporting and additional travel time were causing a loss of productive hours making the whole ground team inefficient. Due to this, they were unable to meet the collection targets on time.

Solution & Outcomes

TraQSuite digitized this whole process of cash/EMI collection with automatic task allocation based on the ground team’s current location and real-time reports availability to the backend team so that collections can be planned efficiently.
